How the service works
3 cm, and your lot is on the route.
When 3 cm is on the ground, we start on your lot and walks. Homes on our residential plans wait for 5 cm.
Open by 7 am
Or within 4 hours of 3 cm on the ground, whichever is later.
A second pass
If another 3 cm falls after we clear, we come back.
35 snowfalls included
Up to 35 a season in the monthly price. After that, $345 a visit.
A visit log on request
Ask any time for a record of every visit to your site.

Is the price the same for every lot?
No. Each lot is priced from its own site map. A lot of about 50,000 sq ft runs about $1,525 a month for plowing, before HST.
Do you haul snow away?
Not in the monthly price. Snow is piled on the property where the site map says. Moving piles within the property is extra work, at $110 an hour per person. Hauling snow off the property is quoted separately.
Who supplies the salt?
We do: standard rock salt, spread where the site map says. It’s billed by what’s used, at $95 per quarter yard, on top of the monthly price. A typical application on a lot of about 50,000 sq ft is about 3.5 quarter yards, about $330. Tell us any salt preference when you ask for a quote.
What if it snows more than 35 times?
The monthly price covers up to 35 snowfalls a season. Each visit after that is $345. Ask for the visit log any time to see the count.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes. The season runs December to March in 4 monthly payments. Salt, extra visits and extra work are billed separately, on top of the monthly price.
