Is HST included in your prices?
No. Every price on our site is before HST. HST at 13% is added and shown as its own line, so you can see exactly what’s tax and what’s us.
Is a plan cheaper than paying per visit?
It depends on the winter. A Standard Winter Plan costs the same as 14.25 visits: past that, every clearing is free, and the price stays the same however hard the winter gets. Nobody can promise how many storms a winter brings, so think back to last winter. The plan or per visit math.
Can I change my size or plan after booking?
Yes. Tell us before your next visit and we’ll adjust it going forward. See our cancellation policy for the notice period on stopping a service.
Do I need an account to book?
