Mowing, aeration and overseeding are priced in three lawn sizes. Your size is set by the grass we actually cut, not your lot size.

How we measure
By the measured square footage of the grass we actually cut, not your total lot size. The house, the driveway, patios, paths and garden beds don’t count. A pie lot and a corner lot can share a frontage and land two sizes apart.
The three sizes are Small (under 2,000 sq ft), Medium (2,000 to 4,000) and Large (4,000 to 8,000). Anything over 8,000 sq ft is measured at a free assessment and quoted on site.

What can move the price
Some lots are just more work, and we’d rather say so before the first invoice. These are priced on site, confirmed before you book:
- Corner lot: more frontage and more sidewalk edge to trim.
- Slopes or heavy obstacles: ravine backyards, retaining walls, a yard full of trees and beds.
- Overgrown first cut: grass that tall gets cut in two passes and takes real time.
